I’ve spent the last seven years deep in the restaurant world—managing, training, and troubleshooting across fourteen locations throughout my state. Every week brings new numbers, new goals, and new fires to put out. Spreadsheets quickly became my lifeline—helping me keep labor, food cost, and KPIs on track even on the busiest days. Over time, I realized those same systems could help other managers too. That’s how AlexisOpsStudio was born: a mix of restaurant-tested spreadsheets and fun merch that make management a little more organized (and a lot more enjoyable).
Why I Built This
Managing fourteen locations means every day is a mix of numbers, people, and controlled chaos. Between staffing, sales goals, and unexpected curveballs, I learned that staying organized is the only way to stay sane. Over the years, I built custom spreadsheets to simplify everything—from scheduling and food cost tracking to weekly KPI reviews.
